The following terms and conditions shall govern your entry, access, and use of all the data and information(as hereinafter defined) (the “he “Information”) which are available on this Website or which are published and distributed by "TADAWUL" as you may obtain from a third party other than TADAWUL. By accessing or viewing the Website or receiving any of the Informationfrom any other source, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, you shall not enter the Website or browse its contents or review or use any of the Information. These terms and conditions shall also apply to any of the Information which may be downloaded from the Website, or made available by software downloaded from the Website.

You further acknowledge and agree that TADAWUL may amend or revise any of this legal notice terms and conditions "the Agreement" at any time as it may deem appropriate at its absolute discretion. All such amendments to the Agreement shall become valid upon publication thereof on the Website. 5.1  TADAWUL is the official and sole owner of theWebsite as well as the name and trademark of TADAWUL which are registered under the regulations and rules applicable in KSA.

5.2  Unless otherwise provided hereinafter, TADAWUL is the owner of the copyright and right of use, and all relevant intellectual property rights to any of the Information.

5.3  The use or misuse of said trademarks, service marks or any content or other materials, except as authorized under this Agreement; shall be expressly prohibited and shall constitute a violation of the Copyright Law, or Trademark Law, or any other relevant laws. Please note that TADAWUL enforces, practically and strictly, the intellectual property rights to the maximum extent permitted under the law.

5.4  You may, for personal use only, download any of the Information. Further, you may print, temporarily store, retrieve and display same on a computer screen, or print individual pages on paper or store such pages in an electronic format  (i.e CD) (but not on any server or any other storage means connected to a network) for personal use only, not intended for commercial use. Permission of reproduction does not allow integration of such material or any part thereof in any work or publication in any way and does not allow you (except as otherwise granted under an explicit written permission) to adapt or modify any of the Information contained on this Website, or any part thereof. 6.1  The Agreement shall be governed by the applicable Saudi Arabian Laws and TADAWUL shall have the right to amend and revise this Agreement at any time as it may deem appropriate at its absolute discretion. All amendments to this Agreement shall be enforced immediately upon publication thereof on this Website.

6.2  By access to this Website or use of any of the Information, you acknowledge and agree that any claim or dispute arising out of this Agreement or resulting from your access to or browsing of the Website or use of any of the Information shall only be resolved and decided by the competent Saudi Court or Judicial Committee.

6.3  In the event of any dispute over the interpretation or enforcement of the Agreement, the Arabic version of the Agreement, the official and approved language of the Website, shall prevail.

Without prejudice to any other procedures, TADAWUL shall preserve all rights to prevent your access to the Website in the event of non-compliance with these terms and conditions.

8.1  As a condition for your access to and use of any the Information, you acknowledge and agree that you shall not use the same in any illegal way or for any unlawful purpose; or in any way which is considered as a violation of TADAWUL’s or a third party's rights, or take any other action which is contrary to the Agreement, or for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.

8.2  You also acknowledge and agree to be abided by and subject to all laws applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the laws of intellectual property and electronic transactions, as well as any notes or additional restrictions contained on this Website. Any unauthorized use of this Website or any of the Information  shall be considered as a violation of the laws of copyright, trademark, patent or any other laws, or IP law, electronic transactions, or other laws applicable in Saudi Arabia. Copyrights, trademarks, service marks, and any content that enjoys similar IP rights presented on the Website or contained in any of the Information shall be considered as registered and are subject to intellectual property rights, trademarks, service marks, trade facade and material related to the property for the benefit of TADAWUL or any of the other parties.
