Ms. Sarah Al-Suhaimi
Chairperson of the Board of Directors
Sarah Al Suhaimi is the CEO and a member of the Board of Directors of NCB Capital, the investment arm of the National Commercial Bank. Ms. Al Suhaimi has served a two-year term as the Vice Chairperson of the Advisory Committee to the Board of the Capital Market Authority. Previously she led the Asset Management and Wealth Management business lines of Jadwa Investment, where she was also the Chief Investment Officer and a member of its Management Committee. Prior to that she was a member of Samba’s Asset Management team.
Sarah graduated with Honors from King Saud University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
Mr. Abdulrahman Al-Mofadhi
Vice-Chairperson of the Board of Directors
Abdulrahman Al Mofadhi is currently the Acting Secretary General of the Public Investment Fund. He is also a board member of the National Commercial Bank, chairman of the Board of Directors of Alakaria and Bahri Companies. In addition, he served as an Executive Director of the world Bank Group
Abdulrahman has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from King Saud University, and has a Master's degree in Economics from Michigan University
Mr. Abdulaziz Al-Furaih
Abdulaziz Al-Furaih, is currently the Vice Governor of the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency (SAMA).
Abdulaziz acquired more than 15 years of experience in audit, accounting and financial consultancy through working at a number of leading global accounting firms in the US, UK, and Saudi Arabia. He has accumulated around 13 years of experience as a senior executive in the banking sector before assuming his current responsibilities. He is also a member of various professional committees.
Abdulaziz holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of San Diego, and a Master’s Degree in Accounting Science from Ball State University. He was also licensed in the United States as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Mr. Suhail Abanmi
Suhail Abanmi is currently holding the position of deputy minister for internal trade at the ministry of commerce and investment. Suhail has 17 years of extensive experience in business development and information technology in banking and capital market sectors. He worked in several leadership positions in Alrajhi bank, Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) and Alinma bank. He is also a board member of various government authorities and companies.
Suhail holds a Bachelor’s degree in computer science from King Saud university and a Master’s degree in computer engineering from university of new south wales and an MBA from AlFaisal university.
Mr. Tariq Al-Sudairy
Tariq Al-Sudairy is the Managing Director and CEO of Jadwa Investment, a Riyadh-based investment management and advisory firm. Tariq’s work experience spans the fields of investment management, private equity, investment banking, and management consulting in Saudi Arabia, the GCC, and the United States. Through these roles, Tariq managed the full cycle of direct investments and advised on a wide variety of financial, strategic, and organizational matters across sectors..
Tariq holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Williams College.
Mr. Ali Al-Gwaiz
Ali Al-Gwaiz was with the Saudi Industrial Development Fund (SIDF) - Credit Department (10 years), and then he worked for Samba Financial Group - Investment Banking (12 years). He joined Riyadh Bank - Investment Banking in 2007 and a year later he became the CEO of Riyadh Capital.
Ali holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Portland. He attended Chase Manhattan Bank Credit Program plus other training courses at Harvard Business School, INSEAD and others.
Mr. Abdulaziz Bin Hassan
Abdulaziz Bin Hassan is the Managing Director and CEO of Credit Suisse Saudi Arabia .Abdulaziz has 24 years of experience in Money Markets, Capital Markets, Alternative Investments, Asset Management and Investment Banking; he held several leadership positions in SAMBA Financial Group, Muscat Bank & was the CEO of Arabian Capital & Rana Investment.
Abdulaziz holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from King Saud University & has numerous Finance Courses from New York Insatiate of Finance.
Dr. Khaled Biyari
Dr. Biyari is the CEO of Saudi Telecom Group (STC), He joined the company on May 2013 as the Senior Vice President (SVP) for Technology and Operations and then was appointed as the Chief Operating Officer on Jan 2015. On April 2015, he was appointed by STC Board of Directors as a Chief Executive Officer.
Currently, Dr. Biyari is the Chairman of the SAMENA Telecom Council. Prior to joining STC, he served as SVP and GM at Advanced Electronics Company (AEC). From 1990 until 1995, Dr. Biyari was a Professor of Communication Systems at the Electrical Engineering Department at King Fahad University of Petroleum & Minerals (KFUPM).
Dr. Biyari also served as a member of the Committee responsible for developing the Long Term National Plan for the ICT Industry in Saudi Arabia. He was also a member of the Executive Committee responsible for KFUPM’s long-term strategic plan. In 2009, the Council of Ministers elected him to the Board of Directors of the Electricity and Cogeneration Regulatory Authority (ECRA) in Saudi Arabia.
Dr. Biyari holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering-Communication Systems from the University of Southern California (USC) in 1990, and his B.S. and M.S. in Electrical Engineering from KFUPM in 1983 and 1985, respectively.
Mr. Rayan Fayez
Rayan Fayez is the CEO of SAVOLA Group. Prior to that, he was Managing Director and Saudi Arabia Senior Country Officer at J.P. Morgan. Rayan’s experience in investment banking involved several leadership positions with J.P. Morgan and Goldman Sachs in New York, London and Saudi Arabia.
Rayan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), USA.
