Ms. Sarah Al-Suhaimi
Chairperson of the Board of Directors
Sarah Al Suhaimi is the CEO and a member of the Board of Directors of NCB Capital, the investment arm of the National Commercial Bank. Ms. Al Suhaimi has served a two-year term as the Vice Chairperson of the Advisory Committee to the Board of the Capital Market Authority. Previously she led the Asset Management and Wealth Management business lines of Jadwa Investment, where she was also the Chief Investment Officer and a member of its Management Committee. Prior to that she was a member of Samba’s Asset Management team.
Sarah graduated with Honors from King Saud University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
Mr. Abdulrahman Al-Mofadhi
Vice-Chairperson of the Board of Directors
Abdulrahman Al Mofadhi is currently the Acting Secretary General of the Public Investment Fund. He is also a chairman of the Board of Directors of Alakaria and Bahri Companies.
Abdulrahman has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from King Saud University, and has a Master's degree in Economics from Michigan University
His Excellency Mr. Suhail Abanmi
Suhail Abanmi is currently the Governor of the General Authority of Zakat and Tax. Suhail has 17 years of extensive experience in business development and information technology in banking and capital market sectors. He worked in several leadership positions in Alrajhi bank, Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) and Alinma bank. He is also a board member of various government authorities and companies.
Suhail holds a Bachelor’s degree in computer science from King Saud university and a Master’s degree in computer engineering from university of new south wales and an MBA from AlFaisal university.
Mr. Tariq Al-Sudairy
Tariq Al-Sudairy is the Managing Director and CEO of Jadwa Investment, a Riyadh-based investment management and advisory firm. Tariq’s work experience spans the fields of investment management, private equity, investment banking, and management consulting in Saudi Arabia, the GCC, and the United States. Through these roles, Tariq managed the full cycle of direct investments and advised on a wide variety of financial, strategic, and organizational matters across sectors..
Tariq holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Williams College.
Mr. Ali Al-Gwaiz
Ali Al-Gwaiz is the CEO of the Family Office Co. for International Investment.
Previously he was the CEO of Manafea Investment Company and Riyadh Capital. He had also worked at the Saudi Industrial Development Fund (SIDF) - Credit Department – for 10 years, then at the Samba Financial Group - Investment Banking – for 12 years. He had joined Riyadh Bank - Investment Banking in 2007 and a year later he joined Riyadh Capital.
Ali holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Portland. He attended Chase Manhattan Bank Credit Program plus several other training courses.
Mr. Abdulaziz Bin Hassan
Abdulaziz Bin Hassan is the Managing Director and CEO of Credit Suisse Saudi Arabia .Abdulaziz has 24 years of experience in Money Markets, Capital Markets, Alternative Investments, Asset Management and Investment Banking; he held several leadership positions in SAMBA Financial Group, Muscat Bank & was the CEO of Arabian Capital & Rana Investment.
Abdulaziz holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from King Saud University & has numerous Finance Courses from New York Insatiate of Finance.
Mr. Abdullah bin Nasser Al Dawood
Abdullah is the Managing Director and CEO of Al Tayyar Travel Group since 2015. The Chairman of the Development and Investment Entertainment Company as of 2018. He is also the MD of AlRaedah Finance since 2014 and a board member at Rou’a Al Madinah and Careem.
Previously, Abdullah was the Vice President of investment banking services at Deutsche Bank, Middle East and North Africa, from 2007 – 2014.
He holds a Master’s degrees in Business Administration (2006), Political Science and International Politics (2007) from Georgetown University and a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from King Saud University (2002).
Mr. Hashem Alhekail
Hashem Alhekail is the Deputy Governor of the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency (SAMA) for Banking Operations. Before returning to SAMA in 2013, Hashem was the co-founder and co-CEO of Derayah Financial, where he led the Company’s technology and operations.
He has over 30 years of experience in IT and operations. Hashem started his career in 1983 as an Auditor at SAMA, then assumed various roles including Head of Investment System Development, Development Manager, Government Accounts Manager and Manager of Information Technology. He then joined The National Commercial Bank where he was overseeing system development projects.
Hashem holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from King Saud University, and a Diploma in Financial Control from the Institute of Public Administration. He has also participated in several executive programs at various institutes, including Harvard and MIT.
Mr. Rayan Fayez
Rayan Fayez is the CEO of Banque Saudi Fransi . Prior to that, he was the CEO of SAVOLA Group, Managing Director and Saudi Arabia Senior Country Officer at J.P. Morgan. Rayan’s experience in investment banking involved several leadership positions with J.P. Morgan and Goldman Sachs in New York, London and Saudi Arabia.
Rayan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), USA.
