Alandalus Property announces the latest developments on temporary lockdown of malls (to be gradually reopened).

Introduction Further to the Company's announcement on Tadawul dated Ramadan 21, 1441H, which marked continued partial opening of malls and commercial centers from 6 until 20 Ramadan 1441H; and

Pursuant to the government directives issued on Shawwal 2, 1441H, the Company hereby announces that mall will be gradually reopened back to business-as usual (currently open from 6.00 am to 8.00 pm) by Shawwal 28, 1441H. Also, indoor orders at restaurant and cafes have been allowed at this stage, provided that all precautionary measures laid down by the competent authorities are observed, while all activities that do not provide for social distancing, including beauty salons, recreation centers, cinemas and other activities specified by competent authorities, will continue to be disallowed during the above-mentioned stage,.

As per the governmental directives referred to above, as Shawwal 29, 1441H, God willing, life will be back to normal without curfew, provided that all preventive health instructions and social distancing procedures are observed.

The Company shall abide by and implement all government decisions that may be issued in this regard.
