| Announcement Detail | The Saudi Fisheries Company announce the beginning of the date of electronic voting on the item of the Ordinary General Assembly meeting (the first meeting) which will be held on the evening of Tuesday 13/06/1442 AH corresponding to 26/01/2021 AD at 6:30 pm. As an extension of the continuous efforts made by all government agencies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to take the necessary preventive measures to address the new Corona virus (VOVID-19) and prevent its spread, registration and attendance in the association will be limited to entering Tadawulaty system and voting on the assembly item will be limited only to electronic voting. Shareholders registered on the online Tadawulaty services website will be able to vote remotely on the assembly item through the (electronic voting) service, which will start from 10:00 am on Saturday 10/06/1442 AH corresponding to 23/01/2021 AD until the end of the assembly time. Registration and voting in Tadawulaty Services is available and free to all shareholders using the following link: - www.tadawulaty.com.sa (an explanation of the electronic voting process is attached)
