Moreover, the Board of Directors decided to appoint Mr. Ahmed Sufiyan Al-Hassan as an Acting Chief Executive Officer, in charge of the bank until the justifications for appointing a new Chief Executive Officer is completed including obtaining SAMA’s No Objection.
