|Introduction||The Board of Directors of Seera Holding Group is pleased to invite its honorable shareholders to attend the Ordinary General Assembly meeting (the first meeting), which is scheduled to be held, at seven o'clock in the evening on Thursday 05/23/1442 AH corresponding to 01/07/2021 AD, through the modern technology tools, in order to protect the participants health within the framework of supporting preventive and precautionary efforts and measures by the relevant health authorities to address the emerging coronavirus (COVID-19) and as an extension of the continuous efforts made by all government agencies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to take the necessary preventive measures to prevent its spread.|

|Quorum for Convening the General Assembly's Meeting||For this assembly to be valid, the attendance of a number of shareholders representing 25% of the company's capital is required, and in the event that the quorum required for this meeting to be held is not complete, the second meeting will be held one hour after the end of the period specified for the first meeting, and the second meeting will be valid regardless of the number of shares represented in it.|

3- Dr. Saleh Hamad Al-Shanifi.
|E-Vote||We would like to point out that the honorable shareholders registered in Tadawulaty services will be able to electronically vote on the agenda items of the association using the following link (https://www.tadawulaty.com.sa), noting that registration and voting in the Tadawulaty services is available free of charge to all shareholders, and electronic voting will begin at 10:00 AM, sunday 19/06/1442 AH 03/01/2021 AD until the end of the assembly time.|
